Guests select their gift and watch it personalized in real time by skilled artisans. Each experience is tailored to its setting and audience, and a Beyond Gifting representative attends to run the whole thing.
How far out should we book? Six to eight weeks ahead of your event date is the window we ask for. That gives us room to source, proof and produce without rushing any of it, and a longer runway buys you more choice in leather, color and brand. If your date is tighter than that, tell us anyway. We will say on the first call whether it is workable rather than letting you find out late.
How many guests can one experience serve? We have run gifting suites for a handful of executives and for full conference audiences in the thousands, and we scale the artisan and host team to the guest count you confirm. If a program is bigger than we can run well, we will say so up front.
What does an on-site experience cost? It comes down to the piece guests take home and how many of them there are, so we build to the program budget you give us rather than quoting off a catalog. Tell us the number you are working with and the moment you are trying to create, and we come back with a curated option that fits inside it.
What do you handle on the day, and what do we handle? We travel with the experience, set the room before doors, run it through the event and break it down after. You give us a space and a load-in window. The planner simply shows up.
What is included? Curation and sourcing, the gifts themselves, the artisans and hosts on site, the styling and setup of the room, and the breakdown. Anything you would otherwise have to chase is ours, which is the whole point of the format.
