Most of our work is on-site: a styled gifting suite at your event where guests choose their own piece, often personalized in front of them by an artisan. We also build virtual gifting sites where recipients pick their own gift, and we produce traditional corporate gifting, curated boxes, branded apparel and kits, hand-assembled and shipped nationwide.

What actually happens at an on-site gift experience?

We bring the pieces, the display and the staff. Guests walk up, choose what they want, and where the piece allows they watch it personalized on the spot. We set the room before doors, run it through the event, and break it down after. You stay present with your guests.

What can be customized live, on-site?

Accepted Answer

Hot-iron branding on leather, hand-dyed and monogrammed cashmere, chain stitching on bandanas and apparel, embossing, engraving and hand-painting. If a piece can be personalized in a few minutes, it is a candidate. We match the artisan to the audience and the room.

How does virtual gifting work?

We build a branded gifting site for your program. Each recipient opens their link, picks the gift they want, and enters their own address. We drop-ship it and handle tracking, so there is no list to chase and no spreadsheet for you.

How is Beyond Gifting different from gifting platforms and pop-up gift shops?

Self-serve gifting platforms hand you software to run yourself, and catalog providers hand your recipients a menu. We are a partner, not a vendor: we design the experience or the gift around your brand, send a physical proof before production, staff the activation ourselves, and manage kitting, addresses and delivery for you.

Yes. Every program is built around your brand and your moment, custom packaging, branded print and cards, and curated products. We design the whole moment, not just the contents.

Who actually runs my program?

Accepted Answer

A senior lead scopes your program on the first call and is still the one running it on the day. Behind that lead is a vetted network of artisans, brand partners and onsite hosts that we staff to your guest count, so the answer to who do I call never changes between the contract and the event. You are not handed to an account manager once you sign.

Is there a minimum order, and how large can you go?

There is no hard minimum. Some of our best work is a focused executive gift for a handful of people. At the top end we regularly produce for several hundred recipients, and we staff on-site experiences for full conference and incentive-trip audiences. If a program is bigger than we can do well, we will tell you rather than take it.

How long does a gifting program take?

Most programs run about four to six weeks: discovery in week one, curation and a physical proof in weeks two to four, production and hand-kitting in weeks four to six, then the event or delivery with tracking. Rush timelines are often possible.

Do you handle kitting, shipping and addresses?

Yes. We assemble and quality-check every gift in-house, securely collect and verify recipient addresses, and ship nationwide with tracking. We manage inventory and storage for programs that need it, and any reships are on us.
