What happens at the Belt Bar? A guest picks their leather and their hardware, our leatherworker measures them for a true fit, and the belt is hot-iron branded with their initials while they wait. They walk away wearing it. That is the story they tell on Monday.
How long does each guest take? Six to eight minutes each, from choosing the leather to walking away wearing the belt. Long enough to feel like an experience and short enough to keep a room moving. We size the artisan team to your guest count and your run time, so a two-hour cocktail window and a full afternoon get staffed differently.
Do guests need to be measured in advance? No. Measuring happens at the bar, which is a large part of why the belt fits and why the moment works. Nothing goes out to your attendees ahead of time and no one has to submit a size.
What does the Belt Bar cost? The belt itself, the hardware guests choose from and the size of the room all move the number, so we scope to a program budget rather than a per-belt price. Give us your date, guest count and the budget you are working inside, and we will build to it.
Can we brand it to the company or the event? Yes. Hot-iron branding takes initials, symbols and event marks, and we work out placement with you before the event so the result looks intentional rather than stamped on. Guests still choose their own leather and hardware, which is what keeps it feeling like a gift.
